Judgment
Prompt 12.22
Reflecting on the past year, how well have you been able to refrain from judging or criticizing others?

Were there moments where you found yourself being critical? And what stirred those reactions? Stress? Insecurity? Misunderstanding?
Judgment can feel momentarily satisfying, but it rarely brings peace. And it often pushes people away.
How have your responses shaped your relationships, your sense of compassion, your own inner calm?
In the year ahead, how might you create more space for difference, for imperfection, for empathy?
You don’t have to agree to understand. You don’t have to approve to be kind.
Let judgment fall away, and let a little more humanity rise in its place.
