Prompt 03.27
Over the past year, what have you been feeding your mind—nutrients or noise? With the endless buffet of headlines, hot takes, algorithmic rabbit holes, and existential doom-scrolling, it's easy to forget that attention is a resource… and most of us are spending it like it expires at midnight.
Maybe you started the year with good intentions—reading more, doom-scrolling less, curating thoughtful content—but somewhere along the way, convenience crept in wearing the costume of curiosity. And before you knew it, you were consuming content like a drive-thru diet: fast, forgettable, and vaguely unsettling afterward.
The truth is, what you consume shapes how you think, what you feel, and even who you become. It influences your mood, your worldview, and your ability to focus on what truly matters. Garbage in, garbage out—only with fewer preservatives and more existential dread.
So, how can you be more intentional this year? Maybe it’s pruning your feeds. Choosing depth over speed. Curating conversations that challenge and inspire. Protecting your peace like it’s your PIN number.
