Heart
Prompt 10.07
Your heart beats about 100,000 times a day.
What are you doing to support it? When did you last think about your cardiovascular health as something you actively manage rather than something that just happens to you?
Most of us treat heart health like background music: we know it's there, but we don't pay attention until something goes wrong. But your heart responds to daily choices in real time. The food you ate yesterday, the walk you took this morning, how you handled stress at work; all of it matters. Your numbers don't lie: blood pressure and cholesterol levels reflect the cumulative effect of how you've been living.
The good news is that small, consistent changes often create meaningful improvements. Moving more, eating foods that nourish rather than inflame, finding ways to release tension: these aren't dramatic interventions, but they're powerful.
Doesn’t your heart deserve the same intentional care you give other important relationships?
