Dominance
Prompt 05.03
Look closely—where in your life is a winner-takes-all mindset quietly shaping how things unfold?
It might show up at work, where recognition pools around a few while others are sidelined. Or in your creative life, where success feels binary: viral or invisible. Even in relationships, power dynamics can tilt subtly, rewarding control over collaboration.
These systems reward momentum—once you're ahead, you keep getting ahead. Until the gap becomes too wide to bridge. And when only a few get to win, most people stop playing.
But here’s the opportunity: you don’t have to compete on someone else’s terms. You can change the game.
What would it look like to build systems that include more people, share credit, redistribute opportunity? To support collaboration over domination, generosity over gatekeeping?
Because dominance might win short-term prizes—but sustainability, creativity, and real fulfillment come when we expand the circle, not shrink it.
Sometimes the most powerful move isn’t to win the game. It’s to rewrite the rules.
